Our cold-air nebulizers use an internal commercial-grade air pump to atomize the oil. No, not at all. Our scent machines feature an internal PCB memory chip and a built-in backup battery. When the Air Switch cuts the power (because the AC fan stopped), the machine simply goes to sleep. As soon as the AC turns back on and power is restored, the machine will instantly remember its programmed schedule, work/pause cycles, and Bluetooth/WiFi configurations, and resume working within seconds.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:Check if the switch unit itself is receiving power from the wall outlet.Verify that the silicon tubing connecting the pressure switch to the duct probe is firmly attached, with no cracks, kinks, or air leaks.Ensure the probe inside the duct is facing the correct direction (into the wind).If your AC fan speed is set extremely low, you may need to adjust the sensitivity screw on the switch or relocate the probe closer to the main blower fan where pressure is stronger.
