Question 1

Can I control multiple scent machines throughout my house/office using a single smartphone app?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! Our smart app features a multi-device Management, You can pair, name, and group multiple diffusers (e.g., 'Living Room,' 'Master Bedroom,' 'Office Lobby') under one account. You can sync them to the same working schedule or adjust their scent intensities individually with just a few taps on your screen."

Question 2

If I get the Bluetooth-only version, do I have to stand right next to the machine every time I want to change the settings?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! Our Bluetooth model features an upgraded chip that offers a stable control range of up to 30-50 feet within an open space.More importantly, our machine has Local Memory Sync. You only need to be near the device once to set your 24/7 custom schedule. Once saved, the internal chip takes over, and the machine will run perfectly on time even if your phone is miles away or turned off!

Question 3

The schedule settings are so confusing. What do 'Work Time' and 'Pause Time' in seconds mean?

Accepted Answer

We hear you! Because our Venturi technology diffuses pure, highly-concentrated essential oil, the app uses interval cycles to prevent scent overload (scent blindness).'Work' (e.g., 30s): The duration the machine actively pumps out fragrance.'Pause' (e.g., 90s): The rest period allowing the aroma to drift naturally through the room.Pro Tip: For a medium-sized bedroom, a setting of 30s Work / 90s Pause is the golden ratio for a consistent, subtle scent without overwhelming your space.

Question 4

The app doesn't let me set a schedule that goes past midnight (e.g., 10 PM to 6 AM). How do I bypass this?

Accepted Answer

"Great catch! To set a timer that crosses into the next day, you simply need to create two separate time blocks in the app:Mode 1: Set from 22:00 to 23:59 (Day 1)Mode 2: Set from 00:00 to 06:00 (Day 2)This split-scheduling ensures the internal clock transitions smoothly past midnight without missing a beat!"

Question 5

Why does a simple scent machine app require me to create an account and ask for my location permissions? Seems fishy.

Accepted Answer

We completely respect your privacy! Why Location is Asked: This is a native requirement by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android) for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning. The operating systems group BLE under location services to detect nearby beacons. We do not track or store your actual GPS data.
