My scent machine is running but no smoke/mist is coming out. Is it clogged?
Hey there! Don't panic, your pump is perfectly fine—this is a classic symptom of an "Atomizer Clog."
Because premium aroma oils have different densities, microscopic essential oil residues can dry up and crystallize inside the dual-fluid micron nozzle over time, especially if the machine sits idle for a few weeks.
How to Fix it (The 15-Minute Alcohol Flush):
Pour out any remaining fragrance oil from your bottle (save it back in its original canister).
Fill the empty diffuser bottle with about 50ml of 95% to 99% Isopropyl Alcohol (Rubbing Alcohol). Do not use water!
Screw the bottle back into the machine and run it on a high-frequency setting (e.g., Work 60s / Pause 10s) for 10 to 15 minutes.
The alcohol will dissolve and flush out all the sticky oil gunk blocking the micro-nozzle.
Once done, empty the leftover alcohol, dry the bottle, refill your scent oil, and your mist will be back to 100% output!
