1. The Alcohol Flush: Remove your oil bottle. Fill an empty bottle with 50ml of 95%-99% Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol). Run the machine on a heavy cycle for 15-20 minutes. The alcohol will dissolve the sticky resin and clear the nozzle. []

2. Check the Formula: For waterless diffusers, always look for oils formulated with evaporative solvents (like DPM) rather than thick raw botanicals. If you must use pure sandalwood, blend it with a thinner carrier/citrus oil to lower the viscosity

However, for the best performance, please follow these "Oil Criteria":

• Use Waterless Aroma/Essential Oils Only: Never pour water-soluble oils, perfume mixed with water, or rubbing alcohol into the bottle for daily scenting. It will corrode the pump.

• Avoid Carrier Oils (like Coconut or Jojoba Oil): Standard topical aromatherapy oils often use thick carrier oils. These are way too viscous for a commercial micro-nozzle and will clog the atomization core within hours. Look for terms like "Diffuser Oil" or "Cold-Air Nebulizer Refill".
