The short answer is: Yes, it is perfectly safe, but ONLY if you use the right oils and settings.
Unlike traditional mist humidifiers that drop large wet droplets, our waterless commercial diffusers nebulize oil into dry, micro-sized nano-particles (under 1 micron). Because the particles stay suspended in the air rather than settling on surfaces, pets cannot easily lick them off their fur.
Important Safety Guidelines:
Avoid "Toxic" Essential Oils for Pets: If you have cats or dogs, try to avoid high concentrations of Tea Tree, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Pine, and Eucalyptus oils. Stick to pet-safe synthetic aroma oils or gentle florals.
Never Scent an Enclosed Room: Always run your machine in well-ventilated, open areas. Make sure doors are open so your pets can easily leave the room if they find the scent too overpowering.
The Low-Concentration Rule: For homes with newborns or senior pets, keep your interval low (e.g., 10s ON / 150s OFF). You want a pleasant background ambience, not an overwhelming fragrance wall.
